Here’s a simple breakdown of how our Holiday Giveaway works.

  • Eligibility: Open only to residents of Bastrop County, Texas, age 18+. The nominated system must be at the nominee’s primary residence. No rentals, vacation homes, or commercial properties.
  • How to Enter: Nominate yourself or someone you know using our entry form. One entry per household.
  • Prize: One lucky winner will get a brand-new Mr. Chill HVAC system, installed free to bring ultimate comfort home for the holidays.
  • Exclusions: Duct modifications, IAQ products, zoning, electrical upgrades, and structural changes are not included.
  • Home Requirements: Home must be structurally suitable for installation (adequate electrical, space, code compliance).
  • Winner Selection: Chosen based on age/condition of the system. Sponsor’s decision is final.
  • Taxes: Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. If required, a 1099 form will be issued.
  • Publicity: Winner agrees to allow Mr. Chill to use their name, photos, and story for promotional purposes.
